After you place your pre-order, please allow around 4–6 weeks for your piece to be completed. The exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of the piece:

• Smaller pieces: approximately 3–5 weeks
• Larger pieces: may take a little longer

Since every piece is handmade, small variations and a little extra time may sometimes be needed. 🏺✨

Want to see how your piece is coming along? I’ll share behind-the-scenes updates and progress on Instagram, so you can follow along as your piece is being made. And yes… Puppy will be making appearances during the process and may even supervise the packing! 🐰📦

For the best chance at a long and happy life, I recommend washing your ceramics gently by hand. A little extra care goes a long way! 🤍

It depends on the clay, glaze, and design used for each piece. I’ll always clearly note whether your piece is food, dishwasher, or microwave safe on its individual product listing.

When in doubt, a gentle hand wash is always the safest choice. ✨

Those delicate little lines you may see in the glaze are called crazing. They appear on the surface and can naturally develop on handmade ceramics over time.

It’s part of the unique character of the glaze! Any special care your piece needs will always be included on its product listing. 🏺✨
