After you place your pre-order or custom order, please allow around 4–6 weeks for your piece to be completed. The exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of the piece:

• Smaller pieces: approximately 3–5 weeks
• Larger pieces: may take a little longer

Since every piece is handmade, small variations and a little extra time may sometimes be needed. 🏺✨

Want to see how your piece is coming along? I’ll share behind-the-scenes updates and progress on Instagram, so you can follow along as your piece is being made. And yes… Puppy will be making appearances during the process and may even supervise the packing! 🐰📦

Most Canadian orders arrive within 2–6 business days after they have been shipped. Remote regions may require additional delivery time. 📦

Free shipping is available on Canadian orders of CAD $120 or more. Remote regions are excluded from free shipping. 🍁

Because every piece is handmade in small batches, you may notice slight variations in shape, color, glaze, and finish. These little differences are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece one of a kind.

For the best chance at a long and happy life, I recommend washing your ceramics gently by hand. A little extra care goes a long way! 🤍

All Puppy & Clay pieces are food-safe, so you can feel confident using them to serve your favorite dishes. They’re also microwave-safe, making it easy to warm up leftovers or heat up a quick meal. 🍲✨

While the pieces are dishwasher-safe, I recommend washing them gently by hand to help maintain their beauty and longevity. A little extra care goes a long way! 🫧🤍

Those delicate little lines you may see in the glaze are called crazing. They appear on the surface and can naturally develop on handmade ceramics over time.

It’s part of the unique character of the glaze! Any special care your piece needs will always be included on its product listing. 🏺✨
